If you live in our area, you may have heard Tammy’s story. Her owner let her loose in a parking lot in Southington and then proceeded to run over both Tammy and her kitten. The kitten did not survive, and Tammy needed to have her leg amputated. Despite her abuse, Tammy loves and trusts people. She likes to have her chin scratched and purrs when you give her attention. Because of her trauma we think Tammy would do well in a quiet home where she could be safe with her person. She is healthy and gets around perfectly on three legs. Are you that special person who will give this special cat a second chance?
