I adopted Eleanor from a rescue when she was a kitten. She was found on the street at 1 day old. She likes to lay on you and cuddle and really loves playtime! Her favorite is coming to cuddle for movie time on the couch. She has been a sweet cat for me for 7 years, but has not adapted well to my life changes of getting married, bringing a dog into the home and now two young children. We have another male cat that she has lived with her whole life. She loves to play and my two-year-old loves to pet her, I just have to watch because she doesn’t know how to play with kids. She swats when she plays and we’re afraid she’ll swat our son. She likes a clean litter box, so we keep multiple boxes available in case our other cat uses it and we don’t clean it in time. This fixed her having accidents in the floor. Eleanor would thrive more in a home where she can have a sanctuary room to go to and probably without young kids. She will be a wonderful cat in the right home for her!
