Zuke is an adorable orange tabby boy with a big personality and even bigger heart! Zuke is ready to find his forever family where he can shine. This little guy is the perfect mix of playful and cuddly. He loves climbing cat trees, chasing his siblings, and playing with anything he can find. But when he's done playing, Zuke turns into a total snuggle bug! He’s super affectionate and loves curling up with his humans for a cozy nap.

Zuke isn’t just cuddly—he’s also got a strong orange cat personality! He’ll happily tell you all of his opinions with his cute little meows, making him the perfect playful companion. He would do best in a home with a cat buddy to keep him company and share in all the fun.

Born around March 24, 2024, Zuke is still a young boy with lots of love to give. Zuke is part of the playful "Z litter" (along with his siblings and their mom, Zinnia). Like all TMHPR cats, Zuke will need an indoor-only home to keep him safe and happy. If you're looking for a sweet, playful, and talkative kitty to brighten your days, Zuke is ready to be your new best friend.

All applications are submitted to an adoption board for approval to ensure a happy forever home for both owner and pet. In effort to reduce the possibility of the pet being returned, adopters are carefully screened to be sure that the personality of both the pet and adopter are a good match. We will be in contact with you during this process.

Puppies are ready to go home after their 2nd of 3 shots and spay/neuter are complete. The 3rd. shot is included in the adoption fee.

All pets are to be kept as indoor, non-working, members of your family and are spayed and neutered before being adopted. These pets also receive all appropriate vaccinations and are microchipped.

A safe pet home visit is included in the adoption fee.

We hold a Meet & Greet every Saturday (holidays may alter our schedule) with a few of our pets in attendance to meet. Hours of Meet & Greet are 10am to 1pm at 580 W Arapaho Rd, Ste 433, Richardson, TX 75080 (Directly behind NAPA Auto Parts.

Take Me Home Pet Rescue is a 100% nonprofit organization committed to reducing the homeless pet population by removing dogs and cats from shelters and other unfortunate situations and having them spayed, neutered, vaccinated and microchipped before being adopted to their forever families.

We consists of a small core group of volunteers who care about the welfare of our homeless pets. We are located in Richardson, Texas and survive solely from your generous donations and fundraiser's (after fundraiser...after fundraiser!). All of our pets live in our homes as we do not have an actual facility. Because they live within the dynamics of the foster families and are exposed to children of all ages and other pets, we find that that our foster cats and dogs are more adoptable as they have already been socialized to live in a family environment.

We have been in existence since April 2008 and have already rescued over 600 dogs and cats from local kill shelters and other unfortunate situations.

All dogs and cats are spayed and neutered before being adopted. These pets also receive all appropriate vaccinations and are microchipped. In effort to reduce the possibility of the pet being returned, adopters are carefully screened to be sure that the personality of both the pet and adopter are a good match.
