This helps Malinois and Dutch Shepherd Rescue, Inc. with pet care costs.
Paloma is a gorgeous female Dutchie who is a complete sweetheart. We are guestimating her age to be about 3 years old.
This is from her Shelter eval: Great with people, dog friendly from an accidental introduction, just wants to play, not reactive to other dogs, patient coming out of the kennel, walks with a lose leash, loves food, knows sit, wanted to work for food, interested in the tug toy just confused what to do with it once she got it, she was welcoming to being handled and leaned into the physical affection head/tail/body until her legs where she just checked out my hands, didn’t do anything but expected more love.
Curious about her environment, wanted to meet all the dogs, chill disposition until the cats, she barked tried to chase and jumped, I don’t think she would do anything once she had the opportunity to meet one but she was definitely trying to figure out what they are! She would need a structured introduction with them inside a kennel being calm to get her started on being ok. Definitely has prey drive
We are looking foward to learning more about her as she settles in with her foster family.
All MAD dogs come with a Fi Collar and one-year subscription.
Bite work or protection training is not permitted for dogs adopted by MAD Rescue.
