Hi there! Beautiful Barce that is me! If you have visited The Charming Cat Corner, you may have met me. My name is Barcelona, and I am the former resident kitty. I say “former” because now I am resigning from my duties of resident cuddle bug and lap cat to find a forever home. I am sure a sweetie. I am very easygoing, and honestly, I have a rather divine personality! I love to cuddle on laps but, my all time favorite cuddle spot is right on your shoulders, just like a parrot! When I get to lay on your shoulders, I will purr to the point that I drool! Besides my sweetness, I am also rather playful. I love to chase toys at top speeds, darting across the floor as I have my zoomies. This is the best way to start my morning. However, most times you will just catch me snoozing the day away. I love to find cozy caves and baskets to curl up in and catch up on my z’s…
Upon becoming a Kitty Save cat, everyone knew that I was special. I became a resident cat of The Charming Cat Corner through my ability of welcoming the shy cats into the space; I was like the big sister that all the cats needed. It was also apparent that I had my fair share of medical needs. I would get constant sniffles that would flare up at some times, and later I was also diagnosed with Stomatitis. With my needs, it was best that I remained with Kitty Save and The Charming Cat Corner, as it was my home, and I was very comfortable there. However, now it is time for me to begin a new chapter in my book; in a home. One where I can spend my days reflecting the same love that my caretakers gave me by giving it to a family of my very own.
The Charming Cat Corner and Kitty Save will always be places that I can call home, as my caretakers and visitors always showered me with all the love and cuddles I could ever desire, but I would really love to find someone that I can have all to my own. I truly hope that you will come visit me. I am crossing my paws that I will find my furr-ever person and I think the kitty for you just might be me!
