0124094 - Meet McCoy, a lovable Pittie mix who is ready to find his forever home? Born on January 10, 2024, he is neutered and up to date on shots. McCoy is a very sweet pup , while he may be cautious when meeting new people, with patience and understanding, he’ll warm up and show his loving side. McCoy is fully potty trained and crate trained, making him a well-mannered addition to any family. McCoy likes going on walks, however, he pulls a bit at first due to his excitement but settles down after a while. A little training will go a long way! McCoy loves going to doggy daycare, where he has made several fury friends. He enjoys playing and bonding with his pals. He would love to continue his adventures in doggy daycare with his new family. Once McCoy feels comfortable, he loves to snuggle up for some quality cuddle time. His ideal home would be a patient and loving environment where he can flourish at his own speed. More about this rescue

Sloppy Kisses Animal Rescue is a volunteer-based organization that was founded in 2018 by a group of animal advocates in Colorado. It was formed to rescue as many stray and homeless animals as possible by partnering with shelters in areas that are inundated with stray and relinquished animals. Sloppy Kisses Animal Rescue works to transport the animals to Colorado, fosters them in temporary homes, provides for their medical needs, brings them up to date on vaccinations, spay/neuters them if they aren’t already, and adopts them to permanent homes. This is accomplished through working with a network of volunteers, foster caregivers, local veterinarians, animal trainers, and donations!

We also work with our local community to provide assistance with re-homing pets and providing resources such as behavioral and medial to people who are considering surrendering their pet in an effort to keep pets in their homes and out of the shelter system.
