My name is Zelda!

Say hello to Zelda!

Zelda (aka Zelly Belly), is a gorgeous four year old Belgian Malinois. She is extremely loving and adores getting cuddles from her people, especially snuggling up on the couch. 

Zelda is extremely smart and has high food drive, but her prey drive is even higher so a home without small animals would be best for this girl. She does well with other dogs with proper slow introductions, and is currently being fostered with male and female German Shepherds as well as a Dutch Shepherd and does great with all of them. She is such a sweet social girl!

Zelda is not food possessive and does not resource guard her toys from her humans which is a great treat for a Malinois in a family environment. She is being fostered in a home with a seven year old and a fourteen year old and does great with both. She has also had visits from younger children and does well, but can get overexcited and accidentally knock them down so a home with children over five would probably be best for this sweet girl.

Zelda would thrive in a breed savvy home that is willing to continue her training and give her lots of love. She craves attention and thinks she is a lap dog! She would also do well in a home with a yard for her to run out her ample energy. 

Zelda is crate trained and walks well on a leash. She also rides well in a car. To see  this girl in person please fill out an application ! She can’t wait to meet you!!!!
