Meet Warrenton, the sweetest boy who loves the simple pleasures in life. This gentle senior enjoys leisurely walks, curling up in the pool to relax, sunbathing, and finding cozy spots like picnic tables to rest. He has a knack for discovering the perfect place to curl up and relax. He loves meeting new people, was good with the child he met at an event. He took a treat from his hand very gently. He is potty trained and is making progress in his crate training.
Warrenton loves giving kisses, and will hang out hugging you or curling up right next to you. This boy LOVES to cuddle!! He is dog friendly and has been a Rockstar in playgroups! While at an event, he was completely non-reactive around the other dogs, however he was unsure of the dog looking back at him in the mirror.
Seniors like Warrenton don't belong in shelters. We hope someone will open their heart and home to foster or adopt this sweet old man, giving him the loving home he deserves.
For anyone looking for a lost pet or considering adoption or fostering, we encourage you to make regular visits to the shelter. Please note that this website is updated every 24 hours and may not include all the animals available at CARE STL. If you are interested in a specific dog, such as (name of dog), we invite you to stop by the CARE STL Adoption Center located at 2700 Walnut Pl, 63103. Simply ask for more details about the particular animal you are interested in.
