Meet Toffee, a delightful 14-week-old female dog in search of her forever home. Toffee is a possible mix of Airedale and Lab, weighing around 14 lbs. She is friendly, cuddly, and adores the company of other dogs. Toffee is also great with cats and kids, as she is not a loud dog and has a gentle nature. Toffee is almost fully house trained and is fully crate trained, making her a well-mannered addition to any family. She is incredibly intelligent and loves to learn new tricks. In addition to her charming personality, Toffee also enjoys car rides, making her the perfect companion for on-the-go adventures.

Submit Application

Everyone MUST submit an application to be considered for adoption

Interview

We will talk to you and your references to get a feel of what you're looking for in a pet and if the particular pet would be a good fit

Home Check

This is required. We want to see where the pet will be living and it gives us an opportunity to meet you!

Meet the Pet

A meet and greet will be arranged after you have been approved as an applicant

Pay Fee

We require that an adoption contract is signed by the main owner of the pet

More about this rescue

Paws Across Pittsburgh is a 501(c)(3), foster based, non-profit animal rescue located in the Pgh area. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome homeless, abused and/or unwanted dogs and cats.

We are run solely by volunteers with the goal of providing vet care, socialization skills and nutritional needs while living in a loving foster home. All animals that enter into the rescue will receive appropriate vet care, spay/neuter, vaccinations and preventative treatments.

Our goal is to assure a loving, forever home for each one of our animals. Paws Across Pittsburgh strongly believes in Force Free training methods for our animals.
