Here's what the humans have to say about me:
PHYSICAL FENCE REQUIRED!
Meet Keeper! This sweet Sable Rough Collie boy has the cutest little white “socks” and perky ears that almost meet each other in the middle. At 1 year old, he’s an excitable young pup with a lot of energy, and he’s dreaming of having a forever family of his own to adventure through life with.
Keeper loves humans and really enjoys getting pats and scritches from them, so much so that his foster mom says that he’s a bit of an attention hound! He also plays great with other dogs outside. We think that Keeper would do well with a dog sibling, or with human siblings, to play with. Speaking of playing, this energetic young pup does have to have a physical fence at his forever home to make sure that he can run to his heart’s content.
Keeper is fully house- and crate-trained, and he’s already pretty good with walking on leash. He does a really handsome “sit” when asked and is interested in learning new things. Keeper is also motivated by treats, toys praise, and affection, so we’re sure that with some patience and effort, he’ll be a good Collie citizen in no time!
