My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Golden Gate Bridge

GG is an affectionate, smart, and playful lady with unique golden speckles and one smokey blue eye

This sweet mama's puppies have all found their forever families and now it's her turn! GG is such a good girl!

She's the perfect size, weighing  in at just 34lbs. She loves a good game of tug-o-war but also happy to just chill on the couch with her humans. She's currently living with kids and  other dogs, both large and small, and has made friends with them all! She loves exploring the world (nose always in the air!!) and is working on leash manners. She stays alone during the day. Golden Gate can adapt to new situations, and other resident dogs, and would be great in a  moderate/medium energy home. A  house with a yard would also be great for her!

My foster dog is good with: Dogs, Kids, Cats
My foster dog is: Crate trained, House trained, good in the car.
3 Keywords for your pup: Playful, Curious, Sweet
Energy Level (1= calm, 10= high energy): 6
Barker? Or Quiet Pup?:  Barks when needs to go out or when she is hungry, otherwise quiet.
Walking Manners: Needs leash training. Pulls when she sees something that catches her eye.
Appetite: Good
Favorite Things: Treats, squeaky toys, bones
Commands/Tricks: sit and down and come

ALL adoptions require a completed application and final contract. The application can be found at  WaldosRescue.org  and once you are approved to adopt you will be put in touch with the foster to see if it’s a good match. We are a RESCUE not a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We are unable to contact every applicant for every dog.  We will select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dogs needs.

Waldos Rescue Pen is a 501c3 whose primary focus is rescuing dogs from the euthanasia list from high kill shelters throughout the United States
