My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lucky is a very shy girl, but she is quite and just need space. She doesn't like to go outside yet, so she is still using a pee pad. She eats two times per day, and she doesn't look for more food or anything else. She likes the bones. She gets scared with almost any rough movement or sounds around her. You really need to give her time and be patient, but you can see in her eyes and ears that she get more comfortable if you give her space. We live with a cat and sometimes she visit Lucky's room and they just looks each other and that's all. She doesn't really walk that much, she just stay in her bed during the day. You know when she sleeps well because she snores loud and that's lovely!

ALL adoptions require a completed application and final contract. The application can be found at  WaldosRescue.org  and once you are approved to adopt you will be put in touch with the foster to see if it’s a good match. We are a RESCUE not a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We are unable to contact every applicant for every dog.  We will select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dogs needs.

Waldos Rescue Pen is a 501c3 whose primary focus is rescuing dogs from the euthanasia list from high kill shelters throughout the United States
