Hi there! My name is Higgins, and I'm all about giving kisses and tail wags!

I’ve met a lot of people, but I’m ready to find my best bud. Small yet mighty, I guarantee we’ll have a ball together! I sleep quietly in my crate, and I just know you're going to think I’m great. I’m your guy, and when you meet me, you’ll see why!

I’m relatively low energy for a pup, except for my occasional zoomies. I love toys and snuggles. I’m completely crate trained and will let you know I need to go potty by standing by the door. I'm a quick learner and one of the smartest puppies around. I've even met a cat and did great!

I’m a 4-month-old Border Collie mix and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, neutered, and microchipped. I'd love to meet you and show off my tail wags!
