My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Mr Pickles!

Mr. Pickles is a Russian Blue Mix 9 years old. Date of birth April 26th, 2015. He is a DSH with Shimmering Silver and Grey throughout his coat.

Mr. Pickles came into rescue due to unforeseen circumstances that were out of his control. He was living in a car for 3 weeks before he made it to our rescue. Mr. Pickles is now ready to live it out with his new family.

The Russian Blue cat has a distinctive appearance that sets it apart from other breeds. They have a short, dense, and plush coat that is silvery-blue in color, with a shimmering effect. These cats have large, almond-shaped eyes that are vivid green, and a wedge-shaped head with large ears and a straight nose.

Russian Blue cats are curious but calm, affectionate but not clingy, and very smart. They can be shy at first, but they are playful and loving once they feel comfortable.

Great for first-time cat owners. This feline breed is playful, loving and generally undemanding. This makes them great pets for first-time paw parents!

Mr. Pickles is very loving and playful. He loves playing with his wand, watching birds out the window or just chilling and chillaxing catching the beams of sun coming through the window..

Mr. Pickles will do okay with non-submissive/-aggressive cats as he is an Alpha Male..

Mr. Pickles does not do well with dogs of any kind.

Mr. Pickles does have one quirky quirk and that is he does his #2 standing up in the potty box, so no covered boxes for this guy. Maybe this is something he had to learn to do while he was living in a car for 3 weeks. I'm not sure.

We were informed that Mr. Pickles is a Russian Blue, however, since we do not have DNA testing to prove that we are listing him as a Russian Blue mix.

If you think you can give Mr. Pickles a loving home, please fill out an application
