Meet Treasure. Treasure is pittie mix, weighing 45 pounds and is about an year and half old. She came to us from a local shelter after finding herself on the euthanasia list due to space.
Treasure was surrendered in the back of a pick up truck in the middle of winter. She came in with 3 other dogs. They all lived on chains in someone’s backyard. While she shows no signs of being abused, she definitely hasn’t had a loving life.
Despite her past, Treasure is the sweetest girl. She loves all people and would likely do well with kids. She loves to hang out on the couch or dog bed with a toy. She also enjoys laying in the kiddie pool on a hot day or playing fetch in the yard.
Treasure is crate and potty trained and working on her leash manners. She knows sit and is very gentle taking treats. She has no history of resource guarding.
Treasure is working on her manners with other dogs. She enjoys playing with them but is vocal and may not be great with all dogs. A meet and greet is required. She has not been tested with cats.
Treasure is looking for a home with people who will continue to show teach her all about love and safety. If that is you, inquire today!

We started out fighting for our baby boy, Lucci, who was killed due to Airport Animal Emergi-Center Clinic's breed prejudice. When he was killed, we make a promise that no bully would be left behind. Now we try to save as many bullies as we can!
