Looking for a pint-sized bundle of joy with a big personality? Look no further than RUBY! This adorable 2-year-old female Chihuahua weighs in at a petite 4 lbs, but don't let her size fool you—she's got a personality as big as they come.
Ruby is a lap-loving, people-oriented pup who thrives on attention and affection. She adores being with her humans, snuggling up on laps, and getting pets. However, like a "typical Chihuahua," Ruby can be a bit sassy and will let you know when she's had enough cuddles. But rest assured, Ruby's sass is part of her charm!
This little diva gets along well with other dogs, but she would prefer to be the only pet in her home. She hasn't been tested with cats. Due to her small size and temperament, all kids must be over the age of 16 in her home.
Ruby is pee pad trained. She enjoys short walks and playing outside. Ruby has a sweet disposition, but she also has that lovable "evil" Chi side that can be hilarious and amusing for those who understand and appreciate the quirks of Chihuahuas.
Ruby's ideal family would be one where someone is home often. She is not a dog who can be crated. She loves company and will thrive in a home that can offer her stability and consistency. Ruby has been moved around quite a bit in the past year, and we're hoping her next stop will be her forever home.
