My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Location: Buffalo, MN

Hi, I'm Kenya! I'm dreaming of my furever home-could it be with you?! I love people and other dogs so much. The dogs I've met so far are teaching me all about being a dog and how to play! Sometimes I get excited about little dogs, but I am figuring out that not every dog is the same. I've met a cat too, but the silly thing won't stay in one spot long enough for me to play with it! I've also met several smaller humans-boy are they energetic!! I really like the older ones, but sometimes I get overly excited about the little ones. I think I'd rather stick to all big humans or just the older little humans for now.

I absolutely LOVE to snuggle! Sometimes I settle in with a good bone instead of just snoozing. Don't get it wrong, I have so much energy and can run and play as much as I can. Basically, I'm game to hang out with you and do what you're doing, whether it's relaxing or going on adventures! I'm still learning about leashes and working so hard to be on my best behavior while on one. It was so weird at first, but I've been figuring it out at lightning speed! I'm on my very best behavior in my crate and know how to keep the house clean (once I've figured out where I need to be to ask to go outside!).

If you could use an adventure buddy that would also love to take a break and snuggle, I'm your pup! I just want to hang out with you and keep learning all about how to be the best dog! Speaking of, I hear I'm super smart because I figured out "sit and "come in record speed! Set up a time to meet me and I'll show ya! Can't wait to see you!

The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org).

Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration).

Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.
