Meet Louie! He is an 4 year old Australian Shepherd and weighs 46 lbs. He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on shots, and on heartworm prevention. Louie is good with other dogs! No cats or children, due to his reactivity! Louie is on Prozac to help with his anxiety. He bit a delivery driver on the back of the leg while the owner was out of town. He resource guards the owner when her husband is around and has bitten her husband’s foot. He also resource guards the owner’s daughter when the owner is around. He needs to find a new furever home as soon as possible!

His owner says that he can be very affectionate and needs a calm home with a companion. He loves to play with his squeaky toys and enjoys tug of war! He also loves car rides! The owner is surrendering him because he continues to resource guard her when her husband is around.

If you think you can provide a great home for Louie, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $150 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. This fee will be donated to Australian Shepherds Furever for their assistance in placing Louie.
