My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Titus is an adorable 9-month-old, Terrier, Jack Russell/Retriever, Labrador mix. Titus is a dog who's ready to embark on his next adventure. Preferably one that involves plenty of playtime, attention, and, of course, lots of love. Despite his energy, Titus also has a sweet and loving side. After a fun-filled day of play and adventure, he's more than happy to wind down with some quiet time, snuggling up next to you or resting at your feet. He'll need an owner who enjoys training and keeping him engaged, as his energetic mind and body need plenty of exercise and activities to stay happy.

More about this shelter

We serve the pets and people in Northern Illinois and Southeastern Wisconsin. Our mission is clear: To take responsibility for each and every orphaned, abandoned, abused or neglected dog and cat which reaches our doors; to take them in and shelter them; to provide the best medical and physical care possible for them; to nurture them back to health if need be; and finally to place them into warm, loving, adoptive homes where they can enjoy the lives they deserve.
