Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- Las Cruces, NM
Bucky Barnes is an 5 year old Australian Shepherd and weighs 55 lbs. He is neutered, microchipped, and on heartworm prevention, but isn’t up to date on shots (except for rabies and DAPP booster). Bucky Barnes is good with cats and dogs! He hasn’t been tested around children. Bucky Barnes was originally rescued from a construction site where he was living with the site manager in a small trailer for a year.
Bucky Barnes has separation anxiety. He bit the owner’s husband twice. One of the incidents happened when they were messing with his collar. The other instance occurred when her husband walked out the door with food. Bucky Barnes was already stressed from the neighbor’s dogs and bit him. The owner is surrendering him because he has shown aggression towards shorter men and their home isn’t dog friendly. He needs to go ASAP!
If you think you can provide a great home for Bucky Barnes, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $150 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. This fee will be donated to Australian Shepherds Furever for their assistance in placing Bucky Barnes.
Owner’s Contact Information: Anna at anlark24@gmail.com.
