Meet Dahlia!
Dahlia is a 7 week old female Chi-Terrier. She loves cuddles and playtime. She is special needs but does not require any medications or equipment. Dahlia has Cerebellar Hypoplasia, which means she wobbles when walking. This disability doesn't stop her from eating puppy mush and chasing her litter mates.
