Meet Dipper!
Dipper is a 7 week old Chi-Terrier male. He weighs 2 pounds and loves to be held. Dipper is special needs and wobbles when walking, eating , and using the potty, but this doesn't stop him from trying to keep up with his siblings and playing with his tiny toys. He has Cerebellar Hypoplasia. Dipper is doing great with puppy food mush and drinking water regularly.

A home visit is also required with a signed contract.
