My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

A mellow Aussie/Border collie mix? YES, that describes 2 year old Sheila. When her owner died suddenly, her last wish was that Sheila go to a rescue that would find her a wonderful home. That won't be hard because Sheila is practically perfect-housetrained, good with dogs both big and little, and gets along with cats and children.
Not to body shame her, but Sheila could lose a few pounds to be her best self.
If you are looking for a very sweet, calm, and intelligent dog, that's Sheila!

More about this rescue

We are a small home foster based group dedicated to saving dogs, pups, & kitties from death's door at high kill shelters or other tenable situations and placing them in loving homes!

Our Mission:
To save adoptable animals from high kill shelters who wind up there through no fault of their own and face a terrible fate if rescue does not step in and interveneand also from other tenable situations! And then ultimately find these animals their most awesome loving forever homes by advocating them via social media, pet sites, word of mouth, and local adoption events!
