My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This gentleman was almost lost to the world but we found him in time! He had such a diffcult adjustment to the shelter because he is blind and probably deaf, as well. He was circling his cage at night feeling lost and confused which caused sores on his tiny paws. We rescued him with the help of some fellow animal loving partners and now he is groomed, checked over thoroughly with our veterinarian and on the road to recovery and a safe, soft bed. He is an older fellow so he moves a bit slower than most but he is adjusting well and learning to navigate his new environment.

On many occasions we do a foster to adopt to make sure your new pet is a good fit.

We are an all-volunteer rescue and do our best to respond to emails, phone calls, applications and other requests in a timely fashion. As stated in our application confirmation email, expect a 5 day response time on applications. However, due to an overwhelming demand for adoptions of puppies and dogs, you may have to wait longer for a response and we apologize.
