Today I: went to Los Gatos Creek Trail with my friend. I loved the car ride and took a really long walk. I saw a lot of people and other doggy friends while sniffing a ton of interesting smells! I even had a pup cup and visited a dog and cat store at the end! I had such a great day! My friend told me I’m the BEST BOY EVER!
Three Words to Describe Me are: Affectionate, Happy, Calm Notes from My Walker: this is the second time I`ve taken Jonathan out, and we had an amazing time together!
I took him to Los Gatos Creek Trail, which was pretty busy with lots of people walking, jogging, biking, and walking their dogs. And Jonathan was FANTASTIC! He stayed calm the whole time, walked on a loose leash, and was so polite to everyone we met. He was NOT reactive to anything at all! He just curiously watched other people and dogs, eager to make friends. He sat nicely for treats and was really patient! He had a low prey drive during our outing—when a squirrel ran right in front of us, Jonathan just looked at it curiously, slowly approached the tree where it climbed up, glanced up for a moment, and then just moved on! He was super affectionate, constantly checking in with me and responding whenever I spoke to him or called his name. Whenever I knelt down, he would come over for kisses and enjoy some petting (sometimes he got a little jumpy because he wanted even more love from his friend). He waited patiently by my side while I picked up after him, tied my shoelaces, and so on. At the end of our outing, I took him to PetSmart, and he was pretty relaxed in the store, sniffing everything while I found the items I needed. He received lots of praise from the people we encountered! I’m so impressed with him today and really proud of how well he did!
Jonathan is a REALLY GOOD BOY. He’s the kind of dog that makes you smile just thinking about him! This loving pup deserves a forever home. He’s a hidden gem! Come meet Jonathan—he’s been waiting far too long.
