-----------------------------------------------------------------------

I have never had a home before. Okay, maybe that isn't entirely true. I should say that I have never had my own family before. I was from what some may call an "accidental litter." No one seemed to want myself and the remaining 3 siblings and with our own having some upcoming medical procedures that would take her away from the home...we really needed somewhere to go. Our owner ended up reaching out to PPFT and thankfully a foster family was available to welcome us into their home. Unfortunately, the day before we were scheduled to enter PPFT's fluffy butt program one of my siblings passed away. The cause was unknown, but given how dehydrated and thirsty we were when we came to PPFT...we have to wonder if maybe that was the cause of it. While it breaks my heart that one of my siblings didn't get their happily ever after, I am thankful that myself and my other two siblings are doing well. Now...we just need to find our furevers!

I am around 4 months old and weigh around 40 lbs. Yes, I am going to be a big boy, and yes, I am still going to consider myself lap size. It is inevitable. The bigger I get, the bigger of a baby I will become. It’s just how things go. Lucky for you, though, I will be an even fluffier cloud by that point and will at least make a nice pillow… or blanket… or potentially a very warm, furry couch cover, depending on how you want to see it… when I come to cuddle with you!
You will also be happy to know that your home will soon be glitter-fied with all my beautiful fur. No more plain jane floors, clothes, or even couches! Imagine walking into your house, and it’s like a glitter bomb exploded – but instead of glitter, it’s glorious fur. Every outfit you own will have a touch of me, and let’s not forget the couch – oh, the couch! It will go from dull to fabulous in no time. And just wait until you see the artistic fur arrangements I'll leave on your favorite black pants. Fashion statement, anyone? I can sense you’re excited. So, get ready for a life of constant vacuuming, a wardrobe upgrade to fur-accented couture, and the warmest, fuzziest snuggles known to humanity!

I am a pretty easygoing pup I would say. I enjoy playing with the other dogs and exploring, but I also love cuddles and naps. I don't know that I have a preference of activity levels either way. I could keep up with a more active family, but I could also rock a more chill lifestyle too. I mean...who doesn't love naps? Before anyone gets too crazy, I should probably clarify that my idea of a more active home consists or some walks and maybe a hike here and there. If you are looking for someone to go running with you every morning....just keep on scrolling. And if you are looking for someone to go on super long hikes in the humid and hot summer days....count me out! I am not THAT kind of dog. However, I am the romp around the yard, go for an early morning/late evening walk, and run around with the other dogs kind of pup. I have decided that I like these things called toys, and unlike some of my ancestors, I like water! What better way to catch a break from the summer sun than to climb into a kiddie pool?! Anyone who says they don't like them must have never gotten in one because boy oh boy....they are quite handy!

I am good with other dogs, cats, and kids. Given that I am a puppy still, I am sure that doesn't come as too much of a surprise. ;) Everyone loves puppies after all, and what puppy doesn't love to be loved on?! I think dogs make amazing companions and I like playing with them, I think the cats are funny-looking and don't quite understand their ways yet(but if they are cool with me, I guess I will learn to accept their strange ways/looks), and I adore kids. Well, I have only been around the 14-year-old in my foster home but given my gentle personality, I think I would adore younger kids just as much. I didn't get out all too much in my previous home, so when it comes to making new friends I may be a little nervous but it doesn't take me long to start soaking up all the love and pets that come with making new friends. I think in time I may enjoy going places and getting to show off my majestic fluff, adorable helmet head, and big ole paws!

As far as house manners go, I would say that I am doing pretty darn good with them. I am almost potty trained, and as long as I have a good routine to stick to I don't think we should have much trouble getting me all the way there! ;) I am still young, so you cannot quote me on this but as of right now, I have only chewed on my toys. I have not shown interest in getting after any of my foster's stuff...but then again everything is pretty well puppy-proofed there to...so that may be playing a role. I am a Great Pyrenees so that does mean that I come with a built-in protector system! No longer will you have to worry about not being alerted to ladybug farts, squirrels trying to take over the yard, and sketchy leaves. No thanks needed...although I will never say no to yummy treats and ear rubs! <3

Soooo, how about we go ahead and make you and I official?! Won't you apply to adopt me at https://www.emailmeform.com/builder/form/hx000BP7nbQvjHX49Uur80FV3 so we can start our happily ever after?

Once your application comes on, PPFT will send over more details about me and forward your app to my foster family for review. If everything still sounds like a match, PPFT will finish getting you all approved so you can meet and welcome me home! <3

Oh, another thing. I am being fostered in Hutchinson, KS. If you have fallen in love with me and are out of state, how about a road trip? PPFT doesn't send us on commercial transport to limit our stress. So, if you want to welcome me or one of my other fluffy butt comrades to your family, it is time to plan a good ole road trip! 😉
