Yalina is a 2-year-old, pittie mix, weighing approximately 60 pounds. Yalina can be summed up in one word: happy! Happy you're home. Happy to go outside or for a car ride. Happy it's mealtime. Happy to see the vet staff. When she feels secure, she's happy to do just about anything with her people. She loves chilling outside and going for walks. She handles baths and nail trims like a lady even though she doesn't enjoy them.
She's super smart and picks up things quickly. She knows sit, shake, down, and wait for her food. Very treat motivated! She also enjoys gnawing on nylabones and moose antlers, destroying stuffies and soft toys, and utilizing treat dispensers and puzzles. She gets SO EXCITED when she gets a new toy or bone and hops around the room, throwing her new plaything into the air. It's the cutest!
Yalina is a heartworm survivor so she’s definitely a fighter and ready to live her best life!! She's crate and potty trained. She's still learning the ins and outs of being an indoor dog, but overall she's well behaved. She wants to play with other dogs and chase the cats.
