My name is Arlo!

Arlo is a four-year-old mini pin x or mix maybe. He’s neutered, chipped and current on all vaccines. According to the owners that could tell that Arlo had been treated poorly. He was leery of the husband and spent a lot of time in his crate (which is his safe place and must be respected). He’s afraid of brooms and may have been hit with one. In the eight weeks they have had Arlo he has become relaxed, playful, loves the husband now. He is obedient and wants to please.
Arlo has some resource guarding issues. They feed their dogs separately. If he gets a chew treat he will take it to his crate. Again, his safe space that needs to be respected. Arlo is good with older kids but doesn’t tolerate being poked, teased, pulled on or being around loud and erratic behaviors . He may have some skin allergies. He scratches a lot. Owners say that Arlo would excel in a home where he is part o& the family. He loves to travel and is easy to travel with. He likes to be outdoors with his people whenever possible.
