Bailey is not only beautiful, she also has a little secret - she is deaf! Despite her ear held at attention, as if she’s listening to your every word, sound escapes her, but that doesn’t slow her down in the least. This pocket sized dynamo is an absolute whirlwind of activity and will need a patient family to help train her; thankfully, she is able to track hand motions like a pro! Bailey would do best with someone calm and understanding who is willing to learn along with her what training methods work best for her. She will also need a fenced in yard to help ensure her safety and allow for zoomies, which she’s been working on perfecting.
Bailey is 4 months old (17 weeks) and weighs 18lbs. She is a pit/bassett hound mix which has resulted in some legs that are shorter than to be expected for a pit mix! She has had 3 rounds of DAPP and 1 round of bordetella, and has been dewormed 3 times as well as had heartworm and flea preventatives, and is microchipped. She will be adopted out on a strict alteration contract. She is working on being potty trained (she will use puppy pads) and has been around infants and toddlers without incident.
Meet and greets will take place in Clark County, OH.
Her adoption fee is $300 - a small price to pay for a lifetime of love and antics!

More about this rescue
The animals that come into our care are either saved from euthanasia at local municipal shelters, or are animals which need to be rehomed due to changes in their current families. We do all that we can to make sure they are as healthy as they can before moving on to their forever homes. We believe in finding their forever home, not just the fastest home.
We believe wholeheartedly in the motto "do good recklessly" and do all that we can to help as many as we can!
