Billy is a very sweet cat that likes to shadow his foster around the house, he is also very vocal and loves pets. He also LOVES to play. Billy is FIV+ but is currently healthy and thriving and is capable of living a normal life. If you have any questions or concerns about his condition feel free to reach out and we'd be happy to discuss what FIV+ entails.
