Colby is a sweet and gentle soul looking for a loving forever home. He is a year and a half old and 71 lbs . He is a bit shy when meeting new people, but with patience and a slow approach, he warms up beautifully. Once he trusts you, Colby will enjoy pets and might even sneak you a kiss or two!

One of the best ways to Colby`s heart is through treats—he takes them ever so gently too! He`s also a great leash walker, making walks a joy for both of you. Colby knows his basic commands like `sit` and `down,` showcasing his intelligence and willingness to learn.

Interested in adopting from IACS? Here’s how our adoption process works:
1. Look at our available animals for adoption online
2. Fill out our online adoption application with the name of the pet you have fallen in love with, OR leave it blank and our adoption counselors will help you pick your new best friend.
3. Submit the application and then come to the shelter.
