Patsy was rescued from a bad hoarding situation. She is a very sweet, quiet girl who loves to be petted and spoken softly to. She needs a quiet home with someone who will give her time to adjust. She absolutely adores her brother Arthur and would love to be adopted with him if at possible. They can be separated though. Patsy loves to play and loves belly rubs. She would be fine with children who know and respect cats and their boundaries.
