My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Bindi: The Sweetest Bully Mix with a Heart Full of Love

Name: Bindi
Breed: Beautiful Bully Mix
Age: Young and Full of Potential
Backstory: Stray with a Little Puppy Habit
Dog-Friendly: Loves Playing with Other Dogs
Cat-Friendly: Yes!
Special Wish: To Be Cuddled Up Every Night

Story:
Bindi's story is one of transformation and love. When she first arrived at the shelter as a stray, Bindi was full of potential and sweetness, but she had a little quirk from her puppy days-she was a bit mouthy. Her excitement for receiving love and attention would sometimes result in her "nom nom nom"-ing on whatever was within reach, often someone's arm. But this sweet girl has proven just how smart and quick of a learner she is.

Currently enrolled as a Hamilton Hound, Bindi is diligently working on her manners and is on her way to becoming the goodest girl she can be. Her whole body, from the tip of her nose to the end of her tail, is overflowing with love. She adores playing with other dogs and gets along well with cats.

Despite her playful energy, Bindi has one heartfelt wish: to be snuggled up every night with someone who loves her. Her dream is simple-love and cuddles. If you're looking for a pup with an endless supply of affection and a heart that's bursting with love, Bindi is the perfect companion for you.

The HSVLC is a non-profit organization that only rescues animals based on available foster homes and funding. All of our dogs and some of our cats live in foster homes. Loving families have taken them in and are caring for them until they find their furrever home. We also house many of our cats at our office location. We have four cage free rooms dedicated to housing our resident cats. You can stop by our office during business hours to visit our residents or contact us in advance to schedule a visit with one of our fosters.
