I am a compact little dude, who can't wait to be by your side as we navigate through life together. I'm what the humans describe as an introvert, I can be a little shy and reserved at first, but if you take the time to get to know me, I promise you won't regret it. I like to go on short walks and have a little play time outside, but my favorite place is curled up on the couch enjoying the amenities of the HVAC. When I'm not catching up on my daily beauty naps, I like to kick back and watch true crime shows with my humans. I can sniff out those criminals a mile away, but I always allow my human to think they solved the crime first. I know what you're thinking, what a gentleman. I don't like to brag, but I really am an all around great dog. I'm the prefect size, I'm house trained, I have gotten along with other dogs at CHHS, I was scared when I met some of the cats at CHHS, and I have lived with a wide age range of people in my last home. Submit Application
Once you have interest in a pet, fill out an application. This can be done online before your visit if you are traveling a distance away.

Interview
We review your application once we receive it, and discuss with you what you are looking for and what works with your lifestyle.

Approve Application
Your approved! Yay!
5.
Sign Adoption Contract
The adoption paperwork is printed and discussed. The adoption agreement is explained to you and signed by both parties.
6.
Pay Fee
Fees for dogs vary from $50-$225. The average fee is $115.
Cats under a year old are $50-$75, and over a year old are typically free.
7.
Take the Pet Home
Congratulations on your new family addition!
