My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Chiquita and my story is one that is being told over and over in our world today.  My former mom had to move so she could not take me with her and so she left me outside the assisted living place that she was renting.  I was terrified since I had always been an inside cat.  Her neighbor who is disabled and on a walker is a really nice lady and she looks out for the homeless cats in her area.  She called Critter Cavalry Rescue about me and begged them to take me in and help me find a loving inside home forever.  I was so relieved.  Living outside was terrifying for me and I cannot tell you how many thunderstorms and rain that I had to endure for the months I was left with no place to go but stay outside under the bushes or cars.  I am not safe and updated on my vetting and looking for that wonderful home to call my own.  Would you consider me?  I am under 5 years of age and I am really loving and sweet.  I have great indoor manners and I can even live with other cats  like I am doing now at the foster home.  Just

contact my rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com   Critter Cavalry Rescue will

get right back to you pronto!!!

Our vetting is extensive: Spay, rabies, FIV vaccine, FIV tested and negative, fecal and dewormings and a Drontal  and microchipped.

PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

We are a full volunteer rescue organization. All of our animals are kept in loving foster homes, receiving the best care possible. A completed application must be submitted and approved to meet with our dogs/pups. A completed application helps us determine compatibility and also helps us to ensure a successful adoption.
