"Charlotte is a beautiful, 2-year old Akita sweetheart that is looking for her Forever Home! She entered our shelter after being found running at-large with another dog in early July.

She is a very friendly, relaxed, social dog. When she sees a familiar person, she energetically greets them, but calms quickly.

She is healthy, mentally sensitive, responds well to verbal commands and corrections and needs an Akita-experienced, family with no young children or other pets (including cats) due to resource guarding over her food bowl and high-value items."
