My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello! My name is Petunia and I am just as sweet as any flower. My beginning was a little rough but that has not slowed me down a bit…well, truth be told, I am shy at first but give me some time to realize that I am safe and I am all in! Cuddles and kisses abound. I have made great friends with the resident canines in my foster home, so a home with other dogs is ok fine by me! In fact, I couldn't imagine a home without a friend to play with and snuggle with.  So really, a home with a canine friend and a fenced yard is a must for me! I love the great outdoors and will happily lay in the grass with something to chew on, race around the yard when the zoomies strike or when I think a bunny may have trespassed on my territory (!), or sit quietly beside you. I have not met many kids yet, but I really do think I would love them. I can be a bit of a bowling ball when I get excited so a little bit older kids would probably be best. I will come to my new furever home up to date on all my shots, spayed, crate trained and house trained. Perfection in the perfect medium sized pup!

And my fosters want you to know that they think I will make a GREAT addition to any family and I am sure to fill your life with love and joy! If you would like to meet me, please fill out a pre adoption application and a CDR volunteer will get back to you just as quick as they can!
