Hello I am Lady bug, but they call me bug for short. my fosters and vets think I am between 6 and 7 yrs old. they think I may be a husky/german shepard mix. i would be good with dogs my size or smaller. I'm on the smaller size about 50 lbs. I was an owner release. I spent a part of my life living on the streets my dad and I were homeless for a while and he wanted what was best for me and wanted me to have a real home of my own. If you are interested in any of our beautiful pets you will be required to fill out an application. We do check references from your application, both personal and veterinary records. We also do require home visits. We want to do everything we can to ensure our pets are going to a safe home....a forever home.

FAHPR is a 501(c)3 non-profit operating in the Chicago area in Illinois and Owensboro, Hartford and Beaver Dam areas of Western Kentucky. Our mission is to help animals that have no voices but ours to speak for them. We operate solely by volunteers. We are always looking for volunteers, transporters and fosters.
