My name is Rosso!

I was adopted back in April of 2014 from the Safe Harbor Program (Bonner Springs, KS). I was born January 31, 2014 and I'm 10 years old. I am energetic even at my age! If I had it my way, I would be outside running around in the sun all day long! However, given my owner's schedule and lifestyle, I have been an indoor dog for the majority of my life. I am very social and curious about my surroundings, and I love attention! One unique aspect about me is that I don't bark that much compared to other doggies! I will whimper if I need some attention, I'm hungry or if I need to go outside. I am very well-mannered. However, I do get excited around new people and sometimes jump up for kisses and a closer sniff! I do know "sit," "stay," and "come here" commands, and I respond well to finger snaps and pointing as well once I have warmed up to you.
