PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS FOR ADOPTION

CHERRY IS IN FOSTER CARE IN HOUSTON, TEXAS, THE ADOPTION FEE INCLUDES THE TRANSPORT AND INTERSTATE HEALTH CERT.

This little girl is the only female in a litter of 4 pups,
we believe that they were born approx march 1 st 2024
she is very active and loves to run and play with her siblings
she is a typical puppy and will need leash/harness and house training
she weighs 10 lbs and we believe she will be in the 20 to 25 lb range when fully grown, she has a sweet personality, we have no idea of her breed mix, she has the prettiest multi colored coat..
we only adopt to experienced dog owners and no children under the age of 10 years

The total adoption fee of $400 ( also includes ,spay/neuter, shots including rabies, bordatella, parvo, distemper ,canine influenza, and microchip. The total amount is payable to Shaggy Dog Rescue which is a 501c3. Some of our dogs are still in Texas in foster care. Our application is online at

We require all adopters to fill out an initial application so that we can check references. We try to match our dogs with a family that fits the needs and individuality of our homeless pets. We work tirelessly to find the right homes with people who will love their pets for a lifetime. We do this through email, phone, and any other means of communication to ensure a good fit.
