Onyx is in a foster home.
This is beautiful boy is Onyx. He’s 4 years old. He is active, potty trained and will be a great companion. He is good with other dogs and cats. Onyx would do well in a home with people who are experienced with Shepherds or other working breeds. German Shepherds are incredibly loyal, intelligent and hard working. They live to be with their person. For example, Onyx will stay with his owner, even if it means going in the walk-in shower with you! Onyx is also showing signs of being protective of his person when he senses someone might not have good intentions. Here's some info from his foster mom: "His recall is on point, he knows leave it. No longer pulls while walking. Goes to his kennel when told too. He has taken to the invisible fence like nothing I have ever seen."
Onyx is the real deal. He is the whole package. He is truly the dog of a lifetime!
The adoption fee for dogs is $90.
This fee includes spay/neuter, deworming, heartworm test, rabies, Bordetella & DHLPP shots, flea & tick treatment and license (for Newaygo County residents).
