Story:
Peggy is a stunning grey and brindle pittie with a zest for life that's as vibrant as her coat. Athletic and adventurous, Peggy is the ultimate tug partner, always up for a good game of tug-of-war or wrestling with her doggy friends. Her energy is infectious, and she thrives on playtime with other dogs, often going all out before settling down for a cozy nap.

But Peggy's talents don't stop at adventure. When the day winds down, Peggy turns into the ultimate cuddle buddy. She's a weighted blanket of love, needing to snuggle up in her blankie on the couch every night. Her loving nature extends to everyone she meets-kids, other dogs, and even cats. She's the kind of dog who beams with joy when told what a good girl she is, soaking up all the affection she can get.

Peggy is a lean, mean adventure machine, ready to explore the world as long as she's by your side. Whether it's a hike, a run, or just a fun day at the park, she's always excited for the next adventure. If you're looking for a spirited pup who's as cuddly as she is energetic, Peggy is the perfect match for you!

More about this rescue

The HSVLC is a non-profit organization that only rescues animals based on available foster homes and funding. All of our dogs and some of our cats live in foster homes. Loving families have taken them in and are caring for them until they find their furrever home. We also house many of our cats at our office location. We have four cage free rooms dedicated to housing our resident cats. You can stop by our office during business hours to visit our residents or contact us in advance to schedule a visit with one of our fosters.
