Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I'm Cinder!

I'm a tall 1.5 year old Great Dane!

My foster mom says that I'm a really good puppy. I think she means that I'm really easy going and not always full of the devil for my age. She also tells me all the time that I'm a very good girl. I'm friendly with everybody and I'm always happy. I can be talkative at times but I'm not sassy. I am perfectly potty trained. I sleep on my dog bed but really would prefer to cuddle with my people in bed. I am currently living with 2 special needs female Danes, 2 kiddos 11 & 15, and my foster mom and dad.

I have a medical condition called mega esophagus. It's really not too bad and my foster mom is helping me manage it. I take some medication for it, she soaks my kibble in water, feeds me from a raised feeders, and she even makes me treats made from jello because I can't tolerate crunchy treats. I probably won't grow out of this condition but I don't think it will get any worse. I would like a friend to play with in my new home and maybe even a kiddo or two. I like to play fetch, tug of war, and rough and tumble with one of the dogs here.

Additional adoption info

To adopt you must first fill out an application and pay a $25 refundable processing fee.
We do extensive reference, background, and veterinary checks. Once those show you are a good candidate, we conduct home visit interview.

Once we feel that you have a warm, loving home for a Great Dane, we will approve you adopt and help find the perfect dane for you.

Adoption fees are $500, or listed on their profile.

We do not adopt to families with children under age 8.

GDROMN is an all volunteer based rescue specializing in the rescuing and rehoming of purebred Great Danes. We take in Great Danes from shelters and also have many that are surrendered by owner.
It is our promise to do the best we can to set them up for success in their forever home. This entails veterinary care, training, and food all while showing them unconditional love.
We all love these danes like we do our own.
