His large size is matched only by his gentle disposition, making him a perfect companion for families or individuals alike. With his soulful eyes and sweet nature, Nash melts hearts wherever he goes. Despite his young age, he exudes a sense of wisdom and tranquility, embodying the serene spirit of his namesake. Nash is the definition of a gentle giant. Soft, loving, shy, this huge mush ball just want to be with his human. He was a stray that was not reclaimed. He enjoys water, car rides, people people and more people and other gentle dogs.

Our adoption requirements are as follows:

We encourage that all members of the family come and visit with the animal (especially children). We do not adopt pets as gifts.

Homes that currently own one or more dogs and are looking for another will have to complete a dog meeting to ascertain compatibility.

More about this shelter

At Darbster Rescue, our goal is to place kittens, cats, and dogs with great, forever homes in New England. The pets are primarily from South Florida and other southern states where the euthanasia rates are very high. Our shelters are in New Hampshire which has a strong demand for pets relative to supply and where shelters like ours are strictly no kill operations. Our animals will go to their new homes spayed or neutered, UTD on shots and a clean bill of health from FL and NH. We are here to help everyone look for the perfect match for themselves and their family.
