Hi everyone! My name is Tsirku and I'm a 5 year old Shepherd boy who came into the shelter in January. I'm a very playful and active boy who loves to run around and play with toys. My friends at the shelter think that I have the sweetest eyes! I also really love treats and I'm a great listener. The San Gabriel Valley Humane Society (SGVHS) was founded by Fannie Thompson Kessler in 1924.

For almost 100 years, the San Gabriel Valley Humane Society has provided a variety of services to the local communities. Currently we serve the cities of San Gabriel, Temple City and Duarte.

We provide food, shelter and medical care to hundreds of dogs and cats who are stray and homeless, or have been rescued from abusive conditions or relinquished by their owners.
