My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

In early retirement, Mickey is opting for a leisurely lifestyle where he can live rent free! Help this handsome boy start the best chapter of his life.

Mickey loves to follow his foster mom around the house and backyard. He loves to lick her fingers and toes.
When he's not snoozing, he's basking outside in the sunshine and strutting around the backyard. He is best suited in a home with a yard, and loving and patient adults.

To meet Mickey, fill out the online application and a volunteer will respond within a few days.

More about this rescue

Rescue the Underdog is small group of volunteers working in the San Francisco Bay Area. We rescue dogs that would otherwise be euthanized in high kill Central Valley shelters and bring them to the Bay Area where they are placed in loving, lasting homes.
