Hey there, wonderful humans! My name is Granger, and I'm a handsome 18-month-old Husky, weighing in at a sturdy 35 pounds. I'm a pretty laid back guy, especially for a husky! Some say my breed can be on the wild side, but I'm not like my rambunctious relatives. I'm on the "mild side."
Now that I've been in foster care, my foster family has learned a lot about me. I'm such a good dog! Playful and cuddly with both people and other dogs. I'm not nervous around new people at all and treat everyone who comes to visit as my instant best friend. I'm a good listener and come when called. I haven't had any accidents at all, and I sleep through the night like a champ.
I'm a slow eater and don't eat my meals all at once. I have this cute habit of laying down while I eat and tipping my bowl over toward me to get to my food. My foster mom finds it adorable. When my foster mom leaves, she lets me stay in the bedroom. There's a crate in there, but I've never shown any interest in it. I'm so well-behaved that she let me curl up on her bed, and I'm always napping when she checks on me with the spy cam.
I love squeaky toys and drink a lot of water-though I can be a bit of a sloppy drinker! I've only barked during playtime; I don't join in when the other dog barks at the neighbors.
