Purple Pru (Purple Prudence):
An old soul in a puppy’s body, that’s me! My namesake is so fitting for me, don’t you think? A quiet, laidback, curl-up on the couch kind of puppy, let’s find our favorite show together! I like to snuggle and watch “Bridgerton” (I just love that Francesca!), but honestly with my forever family, I will watch anything!
I plan to love my family with every inch of my gorgeousness! I want us to spend lots of time together. Let’s learn about new stuff together, I want to have some new experiences to broaden my horizons. I want to practice walking on a leash, meeting new friends, and coming out of shell!
My ideal home environment is a fenced yard, quiet neighborhood, and another dog to play with and teach me about our family! I get a bit scared in loud busy environments and will need my family to be patient with me and help me build up my confidence.
I am waiting to meet you! Will you bring some extra treats? That would really help me get to my target weight! Don’t worry if I need a little time to warm up to you, once we are sure it’s forever, we will have endless days of binge watching and couch time!

If someone has caught your eye and you wish to arrange a meet and greet, we do need you to fill out the adoption application. When your adoption application is received our screening team will verify the information given. Once your application has been confirmed and approved, we will send it over to the foster parent for review to determine if your home is a good match for the dog. In the event one lucky dog receives multiple applications, please know we do not select based on a first come basis. We try our best to select the best fit for our animals and families. ***
