Sajak had a rough start in life but after love and care of several fosters and our amazing staff at ECHS, he is ready to find a home of his own. He loves being with other cats, and he especially loves the smaller kittens. He is cautious around new people, but once he decides his new family is trustworthy, he will open his heart to them. He's not a big fan of being alone and wants to be wherever people are. He loves to snuggle in bed, and he likes to be held for brief hugs, although he prefers to sit on your lap or lean against you - basically he wants to decide where to put himself. Sajak is still very small for his age, weighing only about 5 ½ pounds at 8 months old. He may always be very petite. He eats plenty of canned food, but still resists eating dry food, probably a result of his having that big polyp making swallowing and breathing hard. We're still getting his digestive system used to different foods, but he does well on chicken/turkey based foods. Sajak is very intelligent, and loves to play hunting games with wand toys, and wrestle with anyone that will play with him. Call Sara for more information about Sajak. 269-360-2825
Spayed/Neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and tested negative for FIV/FeLV/HW. Adoption fee is $100.00.

We receive requests from adoptapet, send application and call the adopters. We set up an appointment for them to meet the kitten. Once they meet the kitten and a conversation is had, the application is than approved and signed. The fee is paid and we do same day adoptions.
