My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Helen has come so far, literally far - all the way from Kuwait. Little Helen is an Arabian Mau who arrived at 5 months of age under 2 lbs (tiny for her age!)

Helen is a protector. She's missing one eye and has limited vision in the other, and she doesn't seem to miss a thing! She's strong willed and a go, go girl who loves her booty scratched and purrs like a freight train! Unless adopted with her buddy from kittenhood, Murdock, Helen should be the only cat in a home.

Since arriving on American soil in December of 2023, she's reached a healthy weight, recovered from eye infections and removal, and became free of ringworm (common in our Kuwait rescues).

She purred and played every day, getting more and more strong and healthy as time passed. And now she is as healthy as can be and ready to find her home to be loved, snuggled, and spoiled every day.
